By entering into this agreement, you represent that you possess legal capacity or have obtained appropriate authorization to utilize our e-commerce platform:
Prohibited Conduct: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent transactions, scraping site architecture, transmitting malware, or misrepresenting identity when
communicating with our support desk at [email protected].
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and notifying our support team immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
2. CULINARY UTENSILS & MERCHANDISE ACCURACY
We take great pride in displaying our kitchen gadgets and organization bins with utmost fidelity and precision:

3. PRICING, BILLING & SECURE TRANSACTIONS
All commercial pricing and financial transactions are structured for absolute transparency and security:
Price Modifications: Product prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at our discretion.
Secure Billing: Customers warrant that all payment details provided are accurate and authorize billing through certified gateway protocols compliant with international standards.
4. FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING & RISK TRANSFER
Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Coimbra operational hub:
Transit Risk: Title and risk of loss for merchandise transfer to the customer upon successful handover of the package to the designated courier service.
